I guess one of the big things is that it is a unique opportunity and you never know if you'll have another one down the road. One of the things I tell my players, and I include myself in that, is the process of striving for self-improvement. I look at this as a great opportunity for professional development.

The biggest thing is he's got range, and he's the best catch-and-shoot guy in Canada right now. Coming off screens, he gets his shot off real quick and that makes it real tough.
